Terms Of Service

What Booth Spaces Include

Each 10’x10’ Tattoo / Piercer booth space comes with 1x 8ft. table, 1x 6ft. table, 1x trash can, and 1x electrical outlet. Each 10’x10’ Vendor booth space comes with 1x 8ft. table and 2x chairs. Tattoo or body suppliers may not register Vendor booth spaces. Additional items can be rented. All applicants must be approved by the Coalition. Each 10’x10′ booth space purchase also includes two weekend Exhibitor passes. Any additional weekend Exhibitor passes will need to be purchased 30 days in advance at $50 per pass (email [email protected] directly for this).

Event Video and Photography

Please be advised that video and photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Coalition for Tattoo Safety website, related marketing channels (newsletters, social media pages), in the press, and in CTS marketing materials (posters, flyers, etc.). By attending this event, you consent to CTS’s video recording and photographing and using your image and likeness.

Refunds

Deposits and booth payments are non-refundable. Artists may choose to have their deposits held and applied to the next event.

Supplied Facilities

A Sterilization Area will be available on site, and will provide sterilizers, copy machines, and thermal faxes.
